Located in a stand-alone building, the 12 Mile Bluff Inn has the best Mississippi River views of all of our properties with a direct view of Lock & Dam #4 where you can watch bald eagles, sunsets and riverboat traffic.  Private garden with stone walls, fruit trees and decking.  Vintage building with an updated vibe offering new bedding & luxury linens.  Ten to twelve foot ceilings.  Original wood floors in the Mississippi River View Suite. Entire Inn can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.  Large kitchen in the Mississippi River View Suite and commercial kitchen in the Garden View Studio, large living spaces in both units & more.  This property does not offer a breakfast option.

The Mississippi River View Suite is on the 2nd floor of the 12 Mile Bluff Inn building at 125 N Main Street.   Fabulous Mississippi River views (Lock & Dam #4, bald eagles, sunsets & riverboats).  900 square feet of living space.
